چکیده
Coronavirus infection caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus is a multifaceted disease due to generalized vascular endothelial damage. Endothelial damage also underlies COVID-associated coagulopathy. The paper presents case of coagulopathy causing myocardial infarction in 43-year-old patient with no history coronary disease. We have reviewed available literature for pathophysiological rationale assumed possibility thrombosis resulting from intact intima arteries. Conclusion. present observation radiographically artery confirms important role coronavirus triggering dysfunction. Currently, most effective strategy this type lesions use anticoagulants and antiplatelet agents along ECG, echocardiography troponin level monitoring.

Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicating Active Ulcerative Colitis: A Case Report
Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic inflammatory disease that predominantly affects the gastrointestinal (GI) tract but can involve extraintestinal organs including musculoskeletal system and skin. The most frequent cardiac manifestations of UC are pericarditis and myocarditis. Patients display an increased risk for venous thromboembolic complications and mesenteric ischemia, but the associati...
متن کاملMitral incompetence complicating acute myocardial infarction.
Mitral incompetence appearing in connexion with acute coronary heart disease without papillary muscle rupture has not received much attention until recently. Castex (1933) presented eight patients with electrocardiographic findings of inferior myocardial infarction and with an apical murmur of mitral incompetence as a distinct clinical syndrome. Nezlin and Shamesova (1951) paid attention to the...
متن کاملCardiogenic shock complicating acute myocardial infarction.
Although numerous clinical complications are associated with the development of acute myocardial infarction (AMI), none are more potentially devastating or carry a worse prognosis than cardiogenic shock (CS). It’s the leading cause of death in patient hospitalized with AMI and continues to complicate between 5-8% of ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) and approximately 2.5% of non-ST-ele...
متن کاملIdioventricular rhythm complicating acute myocardial infarction.
The incidence, natural history, prognosis, and electrocardiographic characteristics of idioventricular rhythm complicating acute myocardial infarction are described. It occurred as a transient arrhythmia nearly always within 24 hours of infarction in 61 (8%) of 737 patients, and was characterized by paroxysms of between 6 and 20 beats with widened bizarre QRS complexes at a rate of between 60 a...

Factors predisposing the older person with acute myocardial infarction (MI) to develop heart failure (HF) include an increased prevalence of MI, multivessel coronary artery disease, decreased left ventricular (LV) contractile reserve, impairment of LV diastolic relaxation, increased hypertension, LV hypertrophy, diabetes mellitus, valvular heart disease, and renal insufficiency. HF associated w...
